The following are the clarification on the subject tender.

Question 1.

In the tender document the NCA category is listed as NCA 5. Could you please clarify if it only applies to NCA 5 only or if NCA 5 and above can also bid for the works?

That bidders MUST be NCA 5 or above specifically for Building Works Only.

Question 2.

Can we get the structural design of the building?

That the structural design of the building is attached.
