Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using standardized tender documents. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested bidders who may view or obtain the tender document by downloading from Egerton University ’s website: www.egerton.ac.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least Four (4) days prior to the tender closing date. All Clarifications and addendums will be posted to Egerton University website and to the Public Procurement Information Portal. A mandatory site visit for bidders will be held on 28th of April 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Egerton University Nakuru Town Campus Gikonga Building along Court Lane next To Vick Mark Plaza. Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes for supply, delivery and testing costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings, and shall remain valid for two hundred and ten (210) days from the tender closing date. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 200,000.00 (Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand Only) valid for 210 days from tender opening date and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Vice Chancellor Egerton University. Tenderers MUST ensure ALL pages of the tender documents are duly paginated sequentially. Late tenders shall be rejected.  Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and the name be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Procurement department building ground floor Njoro campus along Njoro-Mau Narok road and addressed to:
