Egerton University invites qualified and interested bidders for the Tender stated below.

Tenderers are required to submit the following documents as part of their bids which will form part of the evaluation criteria:-

• Certified copy of Valid AGPO certificate applicable to respective reserved category issued by National Treasury together-WOMEN, YOUTH, Or PWDs
• -with Legible copies of National ID or passport for all directors/partners whose names appear in either CR12 or in registration certificate for partnership or sole proprietorship
• System generated Form CR12 (Must be issued within the last 6 months)
• Copy of certificate of incorporation Certified by Commissioner for Oaths
• The bid document should not be mutilated and must be well bound
• Attach Pre-bid certificate dully signed by the Head of Procurement Department

A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the University website (www.egerton.ac.ke), supplier portal www.tenders.go.ke for free. Or can be obtained from Procurement office Njoro Campus upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES:  1,000.00 (Kenya shillings One thousand only) to be deposited to KCB Egerton University Main A/c No. 1101906812 and receipted at cash office Njoro Campus.

The completed set of tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelope indicating “Tender No. and Name” in “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” properly bound without identifying the sender and addressed to;

To be received on or before Monday, 9^h August, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. and placed in the Tender Box at the Procurement Department, Njoro Campus.

The opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Procurement Boardroom, Njoro Campus in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend.

Bidders must be chronologically and sequentially serialized including cover page i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4.
